I know how to chill, I cook the best bbq around here. My staying sober doesn't mean I am uptight.I am a smiley, peaceful person. It's just I sometimes feel disappointment and that is why I look for advice on cd.

As progressive as I am, sometimes I wish things would go back to the way they were. I'm sure things weren't as easy as they seem, but it had to be so much less complicated than it is today.

If I met the right man, I would go traditional in a heartbeat. Not that I'd ever let him know that, though.

It's not about being sober, but hanging out with people without the judgements. And you do seem to judge quite a bit, which looks like up-tightness to me, but perhaps I'm wrong. Only you know.

As a scientist, I disagree, there are many reasons why today is better. Culturewise, not so much. I am not that big of a fan of tradition, family roles should be shared and both spouses should have time with the kids, as well as time for themselves and each other. I am a big believer in maintaining a balance between work and family.

I am an INTJ. Judging is a part of me, though I am not going to argue against a person's personal preference.

Someone said in a rep comment that this was a effed up country. I disagree. There are interesting people everywhere, and, geologically, North America is my favorite continent. Culturally, Japan is my favorite country. And city-wise, Europe has the best cities.
