What have you done to spend time with her/him (girl, friends)

Meant as a fun thread, but can be serious. What crazy ideas have you come up with to spend time with someone you like.......just so you can spend time with them?
I talked a very special girl into looking for the space station. we spent a couple hrs talking, drinking and looking at the stars. it was great.
Same girl, talked her into listening to music while hit'n the back roads. Country song, ........ice cold beer in the console........
then there are the nights that there is supposed to be a metor shower.
Look at "events" in the local newspaper web site. Some interesting things are happening at various times. And a lot of things are free to walk around and look at.
Some newspapers have a "Things to do" column.
Or it can be fun to have a day trip to another city not too far away. Search google.com for the city, state name and the word attractions. Or museums. Or events.
Going on a picnic can be fun. Maybe bring along one of her friends or your friends. Make a "day" of it. (I would not recommend this if you live on the east coast due to that hurricane which is on the way. But you could have a candlelight dinner when the lights go out!)
He has been working alot. During the week, we are both tired from working all day, etc. so we agree to meet early for bedtime, and turn the fan on above the stove to drown out the "noise."
He did book us a romantic cabin in the woods for Christmas to get away from everyone and everything, but thats a loonggg way away yet.
I worked a cold, frustrating, physically-demanding job. I had my chances to escape before I became a fixture in that position, but nooooo... he was there. Just one look or word from him healed my pain, and I could continue. Now he is the pain. I'm still paying for it. But then again it could have been much worse!
Walked like 3/4 of a mile in pretty deep snow to hang out at her house. Worth it.
