When/If that day comes, then everyone's going to act confused and paranoid all the time.

Or church functions (which happen MUCH less often these days). Town/city events. Sporting events. Friend and family gatherings. Meeting at the <insert place people go to hang out on weekends or evenings>. Leagues, dances etc.

Some of those options, maybe. Not many people go to church around here unless you're catholic, then it's more of a huge cult-following to me. I think it would be so incredibly strange to meet someone at a family gathering, seeing how I only want to see the majority of my family once a year.

I don't know of any "dances" unless you speak of clubs or high school.

I meant that's how people USED to meet.
A lot of those things slowly went away once our society become more consumerist and technology just adds to that.

I remember posting in a thread and someone questioned how I could be against online dating having never done it...

After I thought for a minute, I realized that the only place I have heard about long term successful results were on ads for online dating sites...

However I have heard from countless people/sources about all of the dishonesty in online dating...

lol. That makes more sense.

I was applying some of those events to today, and some I was drawing blanks to, and some I didn't want to experience
