He called me at about 6:30 in the evening when I got off of work, saying his buddy canceled on him for the night cause he wasn't feeling too well, he's all dressed up with no where to go on a Friday night, and would I be interested in something spontaneous tonight!
(this would HAVE to be the one night I couldn't find my blow dryer of course)
So granted we got a later start than we would have on Saturday, but we did the haunted house thing. It was awesome! I was scared out of my mind. So was he, haha he just won't admit it. He was either 6'1 or 6'2, so made the perfect shield to hide behind the entire time
Yes Shuke, I wore the tight jeans He was such a gentleman too. Either that or I'm just not used to people with manners. Opened the door for me, gave me his coat when it got cold.. He asked at the end of the date if he could kiss me. ...can you believe that? he asked permission!! ...the butterflies told me he could, so it was all good.
It was a late night, but it was so much fun. At the end of the date he went his way and I went mine... with the promise to raid IHOP at 3am for strawberry crepes another time. (1am when we parted...with an hour long drive home at least still for each of us) and he made me promise to call him when I got home safe ~ yanno, Arundel Mills is a pretty big paper bag, I did end up getting lost 2 times lol.

Help me out guys. think of some non-intimidating date things to do in the Maryland area. It's for either tonight, or Saturday night.
Think, jeans-friendly... not a ton of crowds... something I can slip out the backdoor un-noticed if he turns out to be a psycho.
I haven't been on a date in so long ~ I'm drawing a blank at what to do.
Dinner sounds too formal. A movie.. how well do you get to know someone going to the movies?
He lives an hour from here.. so I don't know things to do in his area (or mine.. yeah I don't get out) and he wouldn't know things to do in my area! We could meet half way between towns and BOTH be lost and wandering around I s'ppose.... hmmm.

LOL lets not 'get into a jeans war now. Yes he was a perfect gentleman...but is he going to do the stupid 3 days before he contacts me thing again? He told me to send him an email when I woke up on Saturday morning... and he replied to it, saying he had a good time and all, and that he'd give me a call later. Did he mean later that day? he didn't call all day. ah well, it's Sunday, I've got the rest of the day to wonder, before I go back to work

I hope he really liked me and wasn't just putting on an act for a kiss after a good date ~ but don't guys usually finish "the game" when the get inside someone's pants? not stop at a kiss? lol this is where I try not to over-analyze everything. He said the rest of his weekend was going to be pretty busy. . .it was just a first date. I guess it's just been awhile, I'm anxious to see whether this is gonna lead to a second one or not. or how soon.
