How can you tell if it's your personality or looks?

Jobaba, I feel your frustration and I like that you're not bitter. What I'm still wondering though is this: how is your eye contact? I ask this again b/c it is so important to attraction and if you don't do this well, you will always have frustration when trying to date. I also ask b/c I've noticed that some men are so nervous around women that they can't look them in the eye and it can be offputting.

This is just my opinion; everytime i thought this or that of me... i kept thinking that i was ugly or that my personality was crap everything got worse. So; i just started to feel very confident of myself. If you keep telling yourself your doing good that you're fine. Give yourself little pick me ups and you'll always do better i can promise you that much.
