"Involved" is pretty vague. A glass of wine, a beer, or a night cap won't really affect your judgment. All three at the same time however...
So if we're going to stick with "legally intoxicated" at 0.08 BAC, I'd guess maybe around 15-20%. I can't imagine too many guys are having sex while hammered given the reality of Whiskey dick. I'd also imagine that people in regular relationships are probably a significant portion, perhaps even the majority, of sexual encounters.
No clue but I'd say pretty dang high. Over 80-85+% of mine have been alcohol driven. I was wasted for my first kiss. The only sober encounters that I've had have been with girls who I've been in an actual relationship with and that makes up a small percentage for me.

No different than I don't think there are too many guys that would classify having sex with an incoherent intoxicated gal as rape rather than drunk sex.
I get out plenty, have many friends, have many who think they're my friends, and have many social contacts so it seems more like it's obvious we have really different experiences. Are you in America?
