Once you see what everyone's up to, I agree. I only check in to see the people who post new travel pictures or make more obnoxious posts for interest value and a laugh, respectively. The married women tend to post pictures of their new nails.

How cerebral of them. I read somewhere that excessive use of nail polish kills brain cells over time.

OP, probably 50-75% of those couples will either be divorced or wishing they were divorced in 10-15 years.

You know some lame people.

I'm looking at my news feed right now and this is what I see.

Married friend from middle school- posted a love note from her kid.
Another married friend from middle school- posted a saying "I'm responsible for what I say. I'm not responsible for what you understand."
Next- some anti drunk driving message
Next- someone posted a pic of the guy who won the power ball
Next- a picture of the snow coming down right now in the north east
Next- a message about special needs kids
Next- A message to deceased loved ones
Next 3- family photos.

All pretty boring, but it's peoples lives.

most of the people who i know , treat facebook more of a dating site then a social one. Alot of guys use facebook to meet girls, so i personally think its more of a pro single site anyway. Dont worry about what other people are doing, they may be married/engaged or in a relationship but your not the only single in the world. And if you want a girlfriend? it will happen sooner then you proberly think

I have FB and I spend a total of about 10 minutes a day on there and have plenty of single friends and I have enough going in my own life that I absolutely have no time to resent what others are doing. Time to get out and get busy and go buy a pretty dress for the cousin's wedding b/c maybe there will be a handsome man there. And, not saying you should forget the taco man entirely, but you are entirely too much fixed on this one, which is a lot of pressure to put on someone. Get some options woman.
