Yes it has happened to me as I got out of my car at a grocery store, the grandma, mom and daughter getting to their car next to me all noticed it right away. What can I say?, it was morning time and I had baggy shorts on. I'll never forget the look on their faces....lol.
What gets me are usually younger guys who wear basketball shorts/sweatpants and boxers. EVERYONE CAN SEE YOUR JUNK. Just sayin'.
This was a particular "problem" on my college campus, because the unofficial uniform for anyone on a sports team was: T-shirt/Sweater, Addidas flip-flops with socks, and basketball shorts/sweats with boxers.
And TRosa, ahole isn't meant literally. Whoever says sarcasm is a low form of humour is wrong because it flies over so many people's heads.
Ah, there in lies the divide out with the old goats in with the nubile breed. When I call someone an Ahole, I stand by it, same as if I say fkoff, i mean it but not in the literal sense. LOL
PS, said without the slightest bit of mean spirit.

For the record, I'm 28 so I don't know that I qualify as an old goat quite yet, especially seeing as I look about 20 at most.
Maybe I just don't spend a lot of (or any) time looking at guy's packages but I don't think a clothed erection is something that I would even notice.
