OK, I guess I wasn't suggesting a guy who is obsessed over how he looks, not at all.
I for am not, in fact. I'm actually low maintenance and usually don't care a lot. I'm more of the kind of guy that simply is secure and open to taking grooming and style tips once in a while from stereotypical gay guys (even though I'm 100% straight).
The point is, that there are women that are even turned off, by dabbling in "metrosexual" trends once in a while.
In my experience, a woman appreciates a man who takes care of himself in the general sense. A man that goes too far to look "pretty" other than making the best of his genetics can be a turn off.
In other words, be clean, but do not touch that lipstick and eyeliner...

Okay, you can do it, just once.
Hehe, unless your going for those rocker chicks, then you can totally wear makeup. Just the eyeliner though, maybe black lipstick, avoid the blush for sure!

I'd go with any woman. As far as the blush, according to some women, I don't really need it, LOL!!!
But I leave the making up to the women. Lotion is pretty much the closest I get to make up.

Blech, guyliner. Does that actually really appeal to anyone?

Well...from personal experience alot of the "alternative" girls at my high school were really into it. I don't know whether they've grown into a new preference or not.
whatever... men work their ass*s to deserve every single bit of vanity. you asked for "equal rights" and now you women have that, now it's time for us to have ours... or maybe somebody's too worried that "men" get too vain and nobody's buying them diamonds... i have a solution for that since we have equal rights now - work for it.
