OP... Even in my 50's I still get more women than most 25 YO guys can dream. I may no longer be hot but seasoned, experienced and attractive works well.

Plus I have good BS and know how to treat a woman.

Playboy Hugh Hefner and new girlfriends talk 'Girls Next Door' - YouTube

^^^^This guy at his age gets more women then most 25 year olds can DREAM of getting.

But Is he getting them because of his looks? Of course not lol. No one said older men can't be successful in dating, but not for that reason in general. Even you said your no longer hot but you pull women because of other factors like great game for example

Yes, I would use that term with quite a number of older men and of course Brad Pittwould fit in there too, but I'm thinking men I've seen in person or other non well known types every day men.

Exactly and Jon Bon Jovi (I swoon just typing his name) is 50. I will take a 50 year old over a 25 year old any day

Last night while watching The Who on the 12-12-12 concert, I found myself ogling at Roger Daltry. The man is chisled...no saggy moobs. And he's 68!

Definitely Daltry! That man looks better than he did when he was young.

Also Alan Rickman. And what woman doesn't like Sam Elliott?

Actually, I work with a lot of men and several of my immediate co-workers are in their late 50's/early 60's. My former boss is in his late 50's. They are average men every day guys and I have to say, they're in better shape and even better looking than some of the 30 year olds.

How old is "older"...many older men are able to keep on being attractive. Some develop qualities which tend to be seen as unattractive like ear hair, balding, a paunch...but plenty of guys past 40 are considered appealing.

Plus women score on a broader scorecard than that. Women judge every detail of a guy, not just how he looks.

I think the bitterness comes in when women think about for men, the top priority is how she looks. At least, for a guy, it is perfectly acceptable to hook up with a hot psycho and then dump her when it gets to be a nuisance. It's easy for men to view and use women this way...or at least society makes it seem like it. So women, who even if they are hot and young, know they will get old one day and if they're not rich enough to afford massive surgeries and procedures, they'll eventually look old...it's like society's saying "one day you will have no value."

These same women who feel bitter and angry about this, will often flip it around and say that an older fellow will only get a pretty lady if he's got money, and then that will be the only reason, because he too will be old and ugly. That's a bit of a defensive train of logic right there.

Fact is, some guys stay attractive, and some younger ladies in fact seek out distinguished older men for their looks. Some few women age naturally with grace, too...but none of us will hit 50-60 looking like a smokin' young breeder. But that's OK, because there really is much more to a woman's value than whether guys think she's "a hottie" and by that age, she really ought to know that.

There are definitely some gorgeous "silver foxes" that I am sure have no problems with the ladies

My one of my favorite "Silver Foxes"...
