On this site and others I always hear women say only younger women are put on a pedastal as hot or beautiful and that older women are seen as "over the hill" or "past their prime". Whether you believe that to be true or not Its not like we see the opposite when it comes to men. Aside from George Clooney and maybe denzel(but not nearly as much) most of the men prized in this world and seen as "hot" are young for the most part just like women. Look at the annual hottest or sexiest lists And I see more older women (40 and up)on female lists then I see The oppisite on male lists. It's really no different, but the difference is I never hear men complain about women just wanting younger guys like I hear women complain about men wanting younger women.
As one of the mods said in another thread I remember, youth is prized in general. It's not just female youth or male youth, its both.

Sure older women often want younger men like cougars and all of that but most of these relationships don't last and there is no expectation. However, men often seek much younger wives under the guise of menopause or younger women are hotter. Women are also more realistic about aging than most men. The reality is most people age and most will not be as attractive.

As for the first part, yea some older men are prized for their wealth, maturity, security, willingness to settle down more then their younger counterparts...but not because their looks. Which is kinda the point of this thread. We even have women who laugh at older guys dating younger women and say they only want you for your money not your looks, which is true. Alot of the younger women who date these older well off men are only with them because of their money and things they can provide, not because they really physically attracted to them. Many still sleep with their younger hotter peers and prefer that to sex with the old guy(you really can't blame them I'm just saying)
Hugh Hefner has slept with tons of younger women, not because they find him attractive lol. I think you and I can both agree with that.
OP... Even in my 50's I still get more women than most 25 YO guys can dream. I may no longer be hot but seasoned, experienced and attractive works well.
Plus I have good BS and know how to treat a woman.
