Well, what the issue is that one plays the good boy card, holding out for the "real one." When it doesn't happen and it doesn't look like it's imminent, one will just say "what the heck." I think that's how it happens for a lot of people. Some can hold out and some can't/won't. I respect either point of view. At one time, a previous member did a thread on "men who hadn't lost their virginity by 21." It was a woman. She was indignant that it was absolutely abnormal. People start at all ages.
