OP, all you need is a bit of charm. Subtle ways to show a woman that you find her interesting; that you've noticed her, and find her interesting. Or alternatively, a good sense of humor can work. Mainly, you have to come out of your shell, and not be awkward. Be thoughtful.

She posted about “getting women” in spite of his looks, and yes, I consider what he did once he “got them” to be relevant.
