Any man who falls in love or thinks he's fallen in love is an embarrassment to the male gender. It's cringeworthy when I see a male friend ruin his life and pedestalize a woman because he believed in the fairytale. It's happening more and more. Simps like Kanye are making babies with women who have a serious history, but think everything will be okay because they in love.

Men in the earlier days never fell for this crap. I blame hollywood for making marriage into something romantic, when you're only supposed to get married for financial stability. That's how it used to be. Romance betafies men and it's a threat to our naturally aggressive nature. Because of the media, romance books and stupid love filmslike Twilight... men these days have gone soft. The romance fairytale is for women. How can any sucker honesty say he's in "love" and not feel embarrassed? It's just corny.

So, OP, how's your dating and relationship success rate? There's also something called "balance" that differs from your rather extremist position.

Just continue to stay out of the dating pool, and everyone else will thank you.

So your parents had a one-night stand the night you were conceived?

Wow, the OP managed to use "pedestalize" and "betafies" in the same post! Any guesses as to what web sites he's been hanging out at?

I encourage him to maintain that attitude openly so women can quickly make their assessment and thereby avoid him. Fortunately I think he is doing a good job with that already.
