I've met someone else. This time a foreign guy but he's a bit crazy. At least to me. He thinks that because I'm pretty, I shouldn't have to work. He has no idea why I have a full time job Once, he asked me to take a day off from work so he could take me out to a dinner and movie. Once I stressed to him that I need the money to pay my rent, he goes "You woman. Don't need to work."

After you break it off, if stalking behavior ensues, keep a log of incidents, and notify the police.

I am not crazy about changing my number because so many important ppl have it. I dont feel like going out of my way. Maybe he'll get the message and leave me alone because I haven't been picking up the phone when he calls

You may have to bite the bullet and tell him it's over. But...whatever works. If the path of least resistance doesn't work, then you can consider taking it up a notch.
Maybe this is why I have so many problems and I was born in the U.S. but raised by an immigrant. Oh well..i don't treat women like a possession, but I have been told that I come off as "weird"
1st gen kids always have a unique perspective on things in my experience!
I've had lots of contact with foreign men, and many have a similar attitude. They also don't like listening to women.
