Guys: Do you really mind if a girl can't cook? (kid, personal)

My girlfriend and I have a nifty deal.

She cleans the bathroom. I do all the cooking and cleaning in the kitchen.

She thinks she's ahead on that deal but I love cooking and obsess over a clean kitchen and bathrooms are gross even when clean.

Shrug. A good deal is when both sides think the other got screwed...

I'm an excellent cook...it hasn't helped me at all in the dating world. In a world of microwaved foodstuffs, I just don't think most men think it's as important.

I think everyone should be able to cook.

If you have kids, it's imperative that both parents can cook.

Yes, true. But some of the women responding here that they prefer not to cook, or can't cook, are women who aren't into having kids.
