All across Internet exist idea like if someone is not glad with his body he should hit the gym and after a couple years of hard work out he or she will become beautiful and obtain success in relationship. I don’t think so. I think that working out can’t change someone x/10. If before you start work out you was 3/10 without muscle after you obtain muscle you will be 3/10 with muscle. Only loosing massive amount of fat can help you go 1-2 ranks up and it is it. Work out for health and filling well is helpful but not for relationship life in any significant amount.
I think it depends on the person. Okay, no one is going to go from a 1/10 to a perfect 10. At the same time, if you take good care of your body, then you will become just a little more attractive than you are.
I agree with you 100%. Working out should be done for the purpose of well being, not for getting in a relationship.
"Darn, thought this was going to be where we tell our hittin it in the gym stories."
Idk, when I entered high school I was the skinniest man in the school, skinnier than most of the women. I had no game.
Now, 5 years after high school, 33 inch waist, 45 inch chest, qualified for Junior Olympics, compete in Decathlons for fun, and almost everyone I knew from high school is getting fat and can't even do 20 pullups, much less jump 28 inches into the air or sprint 500 meters.
It is like there was a contest to see who could eat the most, and nearly everybody won.

Exercise will change bodies, how much depends. For me when I exercise a lot I get really bulky because I tend to gain muscle. Now I do a lot of stretching exercises to help prevent a lot of this.
OP, youre completely wrong. You can completely change your attractivness level by working out in as little as 90 days. I did p90x a couple of times and went from a chubby 3 to a ripped 7 or 8. And all of that pales to comparison of how much confidence and outlook on life in general improved.
It depends on the person's bodytype. If you have an ideal physique underneath all the fat and flab, it can turn a 5 into an 7/8. If not, then it may make you look "decent" but still far from a knockout.
Working out really can change your body and yes, if you increase muscle mass, you will burn more of the fat.
However, it takes A LOT of dedication.
