What the hell does that mean??

We lost touch for a couple of years when she went out to California but she moved back East a few months ago, but every other text she ends with xo. I texted her the other day asking her if she was around this weekend and if she wanted to grab dinner and she responded "K. Great deal! Love you xoxox." I didn't realize asking someone whether they wanted to go to BWW needed an xoxoxo at the end. Pretty much all other responses had the same ending. This was her response after I jokingly said she had plans for Saturday "Yay! What time love dove?!" and her response after I told her I'd text her later on in the week if she still wanted to go "K great! Love you! Xox"

So ladies help me out here, what's going on here?? Does she want to start something, or was she just drunk since it was like 1:30 am on a Tuesday night?? Should I worry about it, or not at all??

A woman frequently tells you "love you," calls you "love dove," and showers you with kisses (x) and hugs (o) over multiple texts ... yeah, I'd say she is interested. How long has this been going on? If she has been hinting hard for a while now your window may be closing.

She said miss you xoxo after I wished her Merry Christmas, but aside from that, that's been it. I said I lost contact with her for 3 or 4 years so not like I was talking to her much between 2009-October 2012 anyways.

Don't think too hard about it. The more time you spend with her, the more time you'll realize if she his anything for you. Text can be misinterpreted a lot of times so until you actually get more of a feel when you hang out with her, don't think too much with text unless she makes it absolutely clear she wants something more from you.

Should I continue to text her or just wait until Friday asking her whether she still wants to go??

It could also be nothing but a "signature" set at the end of every text she sends...

She doesn't do it on all though. I think she probably had a few too many margaritas and glasses of wine last night she can be a bit flirtatious (sp??) when that happens, but its never gone this far before?? I'm not going to worry about it, she probably already forgot about Saturday anyways and likewise I'll forget to text her anyways

Don't write her off just yet, give her a chance with dinner. I call people petnames all the time (love, dear, honey etc.) It is just part of my personality as well as xo's to an extent. She might just be excited to see you again and a litte too aggressive about it. Go to dinner and then you'll know if she is a little too overbearing.

The whole 'xo' thing seems to be something that actually meant something romantic long ago, but now it's just something a lot of women throw around liberally.
