There are some good exit strategies in this thread so far and I'd suggest choosing one and canceling on her.
Whatever you do, do *not* hang out with her. If she was able to get you hot enough to fap just from sexting, she might be able to somehow recreate the environment in person, you guys could end up smashing, and then you'd feel like a real douche and the situation would snowball. So don't meet up with her.

These days, I dont have a choice. My whole life, its seemed like only the "fat" ones like me anyways. So I've just decided to take what I can get since the more fit girls with normal bodies give me a look of contempt even if I as much as smile at them

If you're just beating the bishop to a visual image anyway, why not do it with Miss November rather than a pudgy, unattractive coworker who may wind up hurt if you don't want to engage in the real deal? That way you can satisfy your needs without plunging yourself into douchepression.
