I met this guy(russian) an a dating site.After a week, the guy came to my country-Africa to meet me, we had great time together,visited my family together, he left and promised to visit me after a month (it is not yet a month since he left),we are communicating everyday and he is planning to come as he promised.
The problem is that, he promised to send me money for xmas to buy a camera (I didin't ask for the money, he just volunteered), but he didn't though he told me that he had some problems financially which made him unable to send the money.
Second, my sister is asking me everyday if the man has sent the money, when I say he hasn't, she tells me that the man is not good enough for me,
now am confused, if that man doesn't give me money, does it mean he is not interested in me?
I know you guys can help me based on your experience and your opinions about such issues.

Your sister is right. This man is no good for you. Please set this poor man free, so he can use his money wisely.

Uh he has money problems. And many men on here would say buy your own camera. And if he can afford to visit you he has some. I think it was a one time thing.
