I bet the lady who was pushy was embarrassed when she found out she was wrong.
She gave me an apologetic look, but it's only a game. She was a Bostonian in the PacNW who longed for New England, so she moved back. She was very much into being Irish, and the PacNW is not a "hang out" for ethnic groups which dominate the Northeast or Chicagoland.
