Here In Ca I think all you need is a BA and a teachers credentials.... course you generally get paid more with advanced edumacation....
Yeah I'm not quitting my day job or anything. I've just always planned to teach at some point. Luckily I had some really good professors when I was in school, so I think I have a pretty good idea of how to present technical information.

Here's a link to calculate:

How to Calculate Your Daily Weight Watchers Points Plus Allowance

I get 21 points a day plus 35 flex points a week, which I typically don't eat.
Fruits and veggies are 0 points.

You also earn points for physical activity that you can then trade in for food...I think after your flex poitns are gone. I don't do any of that either.

Are you doing the old plan?

Oh that's right, they changed the points allowance when they went "low carb".

The link I gave was to the older plan. Most veggies were free back then, fruit counted as points though.

Yes, that was the old plan...although I've kind of mixed them because under the old plan, wine was 2 points for 4oz. Now it's 4 points.

I just try to stick to around 21-25 points per day and I don't touch the weekly allowance points.

No biggie. Follow the plan that works for you! With the new plan, most fruits are free and you get 49 extra points a week. However, I am now getting to the point where my losses are very small, so I am trying not to use too many extra points.

49 extra points per week? Wow!

I'm trying to think of the last time I was at a meeting. It was right around the time the plans changed over.
