Same goes for when I wear anything shorter than just above knee length, especially when wearing heels. On a normal girl it would look sexy and cute...on me, it makes me look like a porn star according to friends.

I really do think what your body looks like dictates whether or not you're considered slutty regardless of what you wear.
People call me a **** all the time because of my generous bosom. It's tough JetJockey, it's tough.

I don't know any women who dress to be noticed then get upset when they are noticed. I think you are assuming an awful lot here.

I'm just grasping at straws here, but some women aren't interested in men. They like to go out and socialize together; dance, drink, laugh -- but just aren't interested. So, if someone (man or woman) is ogling her, and she isn't interested in *any* type of attention, she has the right to wear whatever she likes to wear; without being leered at or stalked.

Some of us women have yet to figure out why some people wear what they wear. It's not a matter of looking good or bad for anyone ... it's a matter of knowing what is appropriate or inappropriate. If her dress was appropriate for the atmosphere, she should be allowed the decency of a pleasant experience with her friends; if her dress was inappropriate, she should not have been let in.

Somewhere, somehow, someone is ogling and leering at *this* piece of work. Do we really care why ?

Yes, that's annoying. I can only speak for myself, but that's the kind of thing that makes me turn around and say, "Take a picture. It lasts longer."

Staring is rude.
My point is not who was gawking.

My point is OP states this girl was "miffed" and "upset".

HOW DOES HE KNOW THIS?

Did she burst into tears, confront the guy angrily, complain to management?

Perhaps what she ate wasn't agreeing with her...

If that happened to me, I wouldn't be all that happy either...

Just sayin'

Women in America dress for other women.

They dress in competition for other women to see who can get the alpha male.

Exactly! Even if we did know she was upset, for all we know, she knew the guy and was pissed at him for something else.
