There's no set rules in life. What you believe is not what other people believe. Either you adjust your rules or find someone who has the same rules as you. You said 5 minutes. That would have been 11:40, meaning you could have talked for 15-20 minutes, which is long enough for a find conversation about interests. Instead, you called 4 till midnight, and she probably has to work in the morning like most people do.

So, instead of taking a rain check on the phone call and saying good night, you say something that she felt bullied and told you to go fly a kite. It doesn't matter whether you were joking or not, you don't know her sense of humor and what she's been through. And of course you throw a small tantrum, hang up, delete her # and make a dumb thread about it on here.
