Maybe he was busy. Or he was just tired of always initiating.

You have to sometimes to show that you're interested as well.

No. Do not call him. He is clearly a player, or he is withholding something from you.

It is not shyness. If you know anything about his mental stability, you did not mention it.

Walk away now, and it may bother you for a while. It is better than being crushed when you find out he is dating other women or hiding some secret from you. Neither one is a good thing.

If you go a week without calling and then he calls, wanting an explanation, tell him the truth and give him a chance to answer. If he does not answer, or hangs up in anger, he has been found out, or discovered. And you are the one walking away in dignity and honor because you played it honestly and told the truth.

Good luck.

I think it is a little quick to label him a player especially with the little information that we have about him.

He may be shy? I've only been on 3 dates with him but I really don't think he is crazy.

It is very possible. I am definitely not seeing anything terribly wrong or any red flags.

I am female but I'd say give him at least a week before you do. Day 8 , you contact him.

Very poor advice. If you are ten years old, we all understand...

If I were still dating I would think twice about using text messages during the early stages of a relationship. I would use the telephone instead, because it has been my observation that tone of voice does not always easily transfer to the written word. Because of this, unfortunately, sometimes some of us find ourselves misunderstood. You don't want a new possible SO to misunderstand what you have to say...
