From my experience, especially in college, those are the only two requirements to get a guy to notice you more. As people of both genders get older, their priorities shift and sex and looks move farther down the list of requirements. They're still important, mind you, but actually getting along with the person starts to matter a bit more.
We're talking about college kids here, though...they have a whole different set of priorities.
