Neither.
A house means staying in one place and I want to move several more times before I 'settle down', if I settle down at all. Plus, I prefer simplicity and 'vintagey' things, so the pictures you posted don't do it for me house-wise.

A car...well... that depends. Does he have it because he honestly likes amazing cars (though if he chose that Maserati or the Panamera, I'd be questioning his tastes on 'decent'..) or did he buy it because it's impressive?

I love cars so I'd probably look at the cars first.

However, if you're driving the first two cars normally your house looks like those listed..
