Would you marry her if you could? There are some single men who are scared/hate/avoid marriage and deliberately only date married women so they never have to deal with the issue of their "beloved" wanting to get married.
It's not so clear it's immoral. I'm not going to go into this again, because I've already talked about it elsewhere on this forum, and you can go through my posts if you want to see why I say that. But it seems odd that it's so taken as a given in our society that it's morally wrong. Then again, our society is one of the more conservative about sex.
It becomes "morally" wrong in my opinion if there is deception or either side. If a given set of "rules" are followed and one deviates, then it's "morally" wrong.
If people have some bizarre understanding between themselves, fine, then I don't crow on about morality. ... some may not agree with me... again it's the deception part that makes it morally right or wrong, IMHO of course.
Edit to add I had the wrong word in there... LOL

This isn't about sex so much as it is about betrayal and the breaking of a commitment - the ruination of a family.
Such actions erode the foundation of our society and make us weaker as a nation.

It is not about sex... which is why, in my post, I made exceptions for "open relationships" and also for polygamy. Instead, it is about lies, deception, broken marriage promise/commitment, etc... That is what is considered immoral in our society.
It's apparent that neither you nor her believe in monogamy or the sanctity of marriage so why would you want to get married to this woman? What does marrying her get you?
We all have the ability to review and analyze a situation and decisions based on what we feel are morally correct standards. This allows us to not just act on basic instincts and do things which are inappropriate.
OP, sounds like you already know this is wrong. So I am not sure what the problem is?
Also, the action of another (or many others) does not justy an action as appropriate.
