What will marriage do for OP and the woman?
Marriage didn't stop neither one from having affairs.

Yes!

But, I would love to marry her if that's what it takes to get her divorce. I honestly don't need marriage. I will be glad if I can be her long-term boyfriend.

Fine but don't ask her to get a divorce then. If he doesn't value marriage, then it's none of his business how she feels about marriage. If he wants someone more available to him to only have sex with then he needs to find someone who is single.

Neither of you have morals, so it's probably a perfect match.

I have no intention to practice polygamy but I believe it should be legitimate and morally accepable.

To summarize OP's rationale so far:

It's ok to cheat because:

- Love is marital-status blind
- 50% of marriages end in divorce
- There is a book supporting the benefits of polygamy
- Her husband is selfish
- Her husband's behavior forced her to do it
- If it weren't the OP, she'd be having an affair with someone else

Let me put it to you this way. You are thinking with the wrong head.

You pull off something as incredibly stupid as this expect to pay the consequences for a long, long, long time. You **** off the wrong husband; you can end up with your head bashed in. Now, I’d look at a pathetic POS like you and decide that you’re not worth prison. Remember that revenge is a dish best served cold.
