Fine but don't ask her to get a divorce then. If he doesn't value marriage, then it's none of his business how she feels about marriage. If he wants someone more available to him to only have sex with then he needs to find someone who is single.
I'm kind of not buying that you're okay with polygamy/polyamory.
You're either in love with this woman for real and you want her all to yourself, but you justify your lack of control in the situation, or you don't love her and just want the sex and are a-okay with her being and staying married.
I have no intention to practice polygamy but I believe it should be legitimate and morally accepable.
