Exactly.... IMO it's often a dismissive, offensive, condescending, judgmental way of referring to a person as we are all imperfect and some are on the path to redemption...

I have a son and he is AMAZING so I will take being "damaged goods" and wear that badge proudly. I also have tattoos so I am damaged x 2!
