You don't need all women to like you, only one. Relax, most women reject most men. Spruce yourself up, get some new clean well fitting clothes, decent shoes, a sensible haircut. Do you have a decent clean car? clean apartment? Are you pleasant and friendly, or weird, nerdy or geeky. Maybe you think "I gotta be me". Fine, but that doesn't mean that will attract women. Appearances are important. I would recommend you consider the image you put out and that may help.
