Are you physically stronger than your boyfriend? (muscle, school, skinny)

my advice is don't humiliate him about it. my exboyfriend, an apparent weakling at 6'2" slender with 2t 4t hips ( i could fit a kids 6-8 at the time on the bottom and his hips were narrower than mine) got angry once and pulled a concrete reinforced 4 phone outside phone stAnd out of the ground. tha's the bit that scares people, if they think you're going to abuse them or be violent. if you can do that, you might hit or intimidate him into doing what you want, not as equals ( not saying that you would) that's why people are angry, cuz they're scared. he had relatively narrow shoulders btw.
just tell him that you like him as he is and support his ego. btw, unless it's muscle, 40 lbs is not a huge difference if you work out. hope this helps.
also, at one point, i was big and scary (72 kilos -160 lbs at 5'5.5). i ate meat, had hugemuscular arms and was healthy. however, the only men i attractedwere working class(into strength because they usedit every day) or bodybuilders. you should totally thread this on bodybuilding.com and expect a different response.
You do realize your boyfriend has to move to a new city and change his name now right. That's too funny. My brother always told me never to date a girl who could beat me at wresting but I think he meant someone who was very overweight as a joke. Not what happened here.
i am 5 foot tall and 100 pounds. sure i work out sometimes and i think im pretty strong for my size, but i don't think i could possibly be attracted to a guy weaker than me haha. im a long distance runner though and can usually beat them in long races considering i actually practice for that and they dont.
My guy likes the fact I'm strong and used to wrestle and kick box. Granted, he is likely stronger than me because when we were play wrestling he easily pinned me down. However at the time we were almost the same weight and now he has 30 lbs on me.
I'm not sure why you need him to admit it. His ego was probably already bruised being beaten by a woman as it is. Your wanting him to admit it screams tendencies to humiliate him or needing your ego stroked.
As a tennis player and coach I'm in fairly good shape, but if I tried to fight my super athletic, martial artist girlfriend, I know she'd beat the crap out of me. But she never mentions it so I don't feel bad. So even if you are stronger, don't rub it in.
