Women aren't going to make the first move even if a man starts winning powerlifting competitions. For one thing, our culture takes dim view of women being the initiators. And for another, in most social contexts we're wearing clothes (duh!), and a muscular physique isn't going to be obvious anyway.

The benefit of weight lifting is the establishment of a psychological basis for a man to regard himself as competitive with other men, and therefore a "worthy catch" for women. In other words, it's not about body building per se; it is about confidence building.

I cannot comprehend where come idea from if you weight lift you will look good? You will just look same like before only with more muscle. How is world easy for young guys. No matter what is yours genetic if you lift you will be 10/10. I saw along years in gyms world wide just a few really stunning aesthetic with big muscle. But that guys was stunning without muscle too.

As someone who doesn't lift, this couldn't be further from the truth. Your facial structure changes, both when you gain weight, and lose it.
