What difference does it make what I'm moving into? You don't see how that question is stupid and materialistic?

What is with you guys and your paranoia about secret meanings behind ordinary questions?

Maybe she just wanted to know if she should say 'your house' or 'your apartment' when she asked to sleep with you. It's like asking the gender of a baby so you know whether to say 'he' or 'she'. It doesn't always mean the speaker is obsessed with infant genitalia.

Seriously, dude, you need medication.

In the US city where I live, houses and apartment cost the same. I take it that's not how it works in Philly? Maybe she is from my city.... or another with similar config.

Gawd, now if I move to another city I'm going to be afraid to make meaningless small talk until I have memorized the local real estate stats. Lest I OFFEND someone.

The last time I checked a studio apt was a lot better than

My Mom's house
Homeless Shelter
A roomate

Dating continues to be crazy in philly.
She's fishing to see if you are a yuppie "professional" making six figures since those are now the only dateable people, male or female.
