being short must be an incredible burden for a man, just like being obese would be to a woman.

Only if said man decides to make it a burden.

Sadly, most of the women i met do not like short men. Just like most men do not like obese women.

If one were to be Asian and under 5'4, would you have a large chance of staying a virgin for the rest of your life?
Why don't you get surgery so you can become taller?

I would say 5'7" is the minimum height for a guy on the taller end.

I am 5'8.5" myself but I also workout and well fit. I go for women shorter than me and haven't had any issues. I prefer my women shorter than me. I am pretty sure a girl my height or taller will not be interested in me but I could care less. Majority of girls are under 5'6" anyway.

Typically, Asians are very successful and wealthy. Their education, brains, work and finances make up for their short height.

Japanese are very frugal along with other Asians. Frugal folks have money and that is how they are wealthy.

This guy is really strange. He is the designated landlord but insists he doesn't own the unit. He says he owns 2 properties in San Diego, but he lives with me and another roommate? Whenever I need maintenance he tries to find a reason why whatever it is doesn't need to get fixed. The place is in dire need of renovations and everything is falling apart or he put together poorly.

It's frustrating. If by 44, I haven't had any meaningful relationship with the opposite sex, I will probably adopt a very monastic lifestyle.

That is not strange. People who have high goals do high things that may seem strange.

Perhaps he is saving money for the future? It could be a certain lifestyle he wants to live or other investments, who knows.

You can take the boy out of the farm but you can't take farm out of the boy.

Look at Mark Zuckerburg. He is still wearing that same old T-shirt from 10 years and recently the media tells him to buy more clothes lol.
