Was there really a question whether your lesbian friend would want to have sex with a man, bisexual or not?
Probably.
For instance, I'm currently a straight male but I have already stated that I am open to the idea of doing it with another guy if hypothetically all STDs didn't exist.
If one where to get together with a Bi woman it would only be a matter of time before she wants to experience being with women again, she would always feel like she is missing something and therefore the relationship would have no future.

Quiet as it is kept there are alot of "lesbian" woman who dip with men on the down low for whatever reason and they do not consider themselves as bi either. There are some that use them (men) to get closer with straight women who are curious, there are some that may actually like a particular man and do it for the hell of it and I have even met some that use sex to manipulate some men.
Sometimes being gay is not all about the sex it is mainly about relationships and trust with whomever that they are with at the time.
Men are much more open to dating bi sexual women then women are to dating bi sexual men.
If you were to ask 100 women would you date a guy who had sexual contact with a man is his past most would say no. Then you were to ask 100 men would you date a woman who had sexual contact with a woman in her past, Most would say yes

From the last poll here roughly half the men said they would date Bi women, some with exceptions. If you said "would you marry a bi-sexual women?" I would say the majority of men would pass; "Good enough to date, not good enough to marry". Along the same lines as someone dating outside of their ethnic group or religion then marrying within.
They never brought up that "one time at band camp" story, so I'd never know, I suppose.
