But I never found sarcasm funny....it's actually annoying in a way.

I'd rather humor them and flirt/compliment them in a way that will make them blush and or laugh.

Or in other words, you don't "flirt" with a short gal by making jokes about her height and being short.

You sorta "joke" about what a smoking bod she has.....

Some guys do it all wrong.

Go to a small rural diner sometime......it's lame as hell what some guys say to the waitresses.

All that "sarcasm".........and I just stare at their buns not saying a word. They smile and wink at me when they catch me.

Your specific examples do not indicate any flirting to me, only teasing... This type of teasing is basically how I interact with every one I know (I've always wondered if some guys think I'm flirting). I just tease a lot, with no flirty intention. Most of my guy friends do the same. I think a lot of people are like that.
