Regarding not mentioning Mr. Perfect's character though, I thought it went without saying that I would want someone honest, caring, considerate etc? If I were going to be really specific as far as personality is concerned, I have always tended to prefer ENTJ type men.

Successful men in their 40s may be in demand. I think they can date 20-60 year old women, whoever they want. Surely they'd prefer the 20 year olds. The successful guy (Joe) can say, "Hey, Bob, meet my girlfriend, Heather." Bob goes green with envy 'cause Heather's a hottie. Oh, and if Joe is healthy, trim, and attractive, he has the world (and Heather) by the tail. Any Joes out there?
