If by "nice quiet girls" we mean "girls who are pushovers" then yeah, it's sad that they end up with obnoxious men. A lot of times these men are insecure and won't put themselves in a situation where they are outgunned intellectually or by strength of personality, hence they gravitate toward the pushover girls. But it is important to distinguish; not all "nice quiet girls" are pushovers.
