Why should size be a source of pride or shame ? It's not like it's something you control.
And why this would be a topic of discussion at a party I have no idea whatsoever. Get better friends and stop drinking. I hope he forgives you, because I think he should. You made an instantaneous mistake.
Drinking causes us to do some really stupid things, that is a good reason to either not drink, or use some self control. You can't un-ring a bell, nor can you take back words that are hurtful and should never have been said. How would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot? I suspect this will eventually end your relationship, if not soon then at some future date. Your remark is unforgivable, your friend that asked such a question is not really your friend...
Let him do whatever he wants with or around other people one time and let him blame it on being "drunk and stupid". Then completely forgive him and forget it. Then you'll be even.
Hold him close and tell him that you love him very much, and that you are truly sorry and deeply regret what you said earlier...ask him for his forgiveness...
