Ok, she just left a few minutes ago. Didn't say much, i'm sure she's just spending time with the kids right now. Gave me a big hug before she left. Only thing she said was he wouldn't sign anything.

He's such a Richard Head!!!

Dumb poo.

What until he sees what the court thinks is fair. He'll probably wish he had signed today.

Just what I thought! He won't agree on ANYTHING reasonable. He's headed for the poor house if you ask me. The courts will rip him to shreads. Thanks Kalogirl, you are the BEST!

Kalo - Thanks for the update - okay, so idiotboy wouldn't sign....if the mediator thought it was good, I'm sure the judge will want to know his reasons for not signing and it won't look very good for him....also, by him refusing to sign, I wonder what would happen if Robyn now requested that idiotboy not only pay for HIS attorney, but also hers, since it sounds like HE is basically forcing them to go to court......

I'm sure you're exhausted after all those hours, Robyn - but at least you stuck it out and survived! I'm sure Chuck saw idiotboy for the jack*** that he is and will make sure the judge is also informed. Sleep well tonight, Robyn - you earned it!

Well his reaction is no surprise, but IMHO, a positive thing it will do is to strengthen the case that he have to pay the majority if not all, the court fees. It's such a clear and continuing example of his angry and defiant persona. And of course, of his being stoooopid.

It will be interesting to see how the mediator writes it all up, and what he/she recommends to the court (if that is a part of it, not sure.....anyone?)

Yep. I agree zonababe. Guess one afternoon and evening is better than the rest of her life.

Hopefully this will also help Robyn come to a greater reality of his character.

Four hours in mediation and he wouldn't agree to anything? He really has some major issues with authority. Might experience a bit of shrinkage when he goes before the judge.... OMG, and if the judge is a woman....ROFLMAO!
