Same person fare better relationship vise in different social settings? (women, cities)

I spot if I go to different bars at same night I get much more interest from women and female waitress in one bar then another. And when compare that two bars multiple time always I attract more interest in same ones. Once I read in a book, I think Tolstoy, that war result is sum of all men tiny forces involved in that war. Accurse relationship is different then war but would be that results of a person do not depend only at his qualities then at setting in social situation too?
Would be smart for a person to go to bars, gyms, likes to swim, where is such situation that is favorable for his physical appearance and social skills? Like say to itself:” I do not fare good in this bar, I’m much better in this one”. I do not talk here about difference between rappers clubs vs. pop clubs for eg. I talk about fine differences. If for example female waitress in one bar, that is lead of pack, is in so and so shape there are social skills emphases like opposite to body looking.
I guess most women here are in so and so shape and therefore is so much emphasis at social side of relationship.

i don't understand most of your post, but you can strike wait staff off the list. they are paid to show you interest.

For example I’m very good build. Would be smarter for me hang around gyms and bars close to gyms then around bookstores and bars there. Maybe my qualities would be more useful. Should anyone first think what is his strong points and what weak points and then go to such social settings, to look for mate, where his strong points are appreciated?
Should actually each man approach not women that he like but women that he like + ones that he estimated will value his qualities, whatsoever qualities he have.
In end if this guys that want to move to other cities have right to hope for better relationship results in different cities social settings.
I have example of a bar that is kind of metal, darker style where I go out with two waitress and it is more then all other bars together that I visit in this big city. Should a smart man hang in bars that flatter his style best?

I think you're over thinking it. If you find the environment/people in some bars more comfortable than others, go there. Don't look at the decor/style of the bar! I don't think you can predict which bars you will or will not be comfortable in based on looks or theme. Trust your trial and error process.
