No... but I can almost always find something to compliment someone on (and mean it). Everyone has something about them worth noting and complimenting. It's also a great conversation starter when you meet a stranger as it's a natural way to break the ice.
It will depend on the person and the situation in most cases with me. If the person can use a little confidence boosting or up lifting then I probably will even if I didn't really mean it. But generally I like to give credit where credit is due or just don't say anything.
