she was probably running your plate, just smiling, waiting to see if anything comes back.
I was waiting to cross the street as she rode past she was turning back looking in a way that a woman would do if she was in her car and seeing someone attractive
This morning I was on my way to the market and the woman was staring hard as she rode past and If I smiled would she have stopped? Talk about a odd scenario
But then I realized she is just being a woman and checking out a guy she finds attractive as she rides past which I feel they shouldn't do when they are in uniform but I guess if the attraction is that strong they can't help it. And I definitely don't want to chat with any woman in uniform no matter how good she looks
Well, we know who has a high opinion of their looks.
Actually it's likely the male cops who find you attractive.
You may have fit, at least partially, the description of someone she had a BOLO on.
Or you may have looked "out of place". As I would in an area of Annapolis known for drug dealing. Along with fitting the profile of who goes there for some street level pharmaceuticals.
Or she may have just been a cop doing her job: looking out for bad things happening. Watch cops, really watch them when they're off duty. Their eyes never stop moving even then.
If a woman is riding past a guy while he is walking and she is staring at him for more than 3 seconds then it's CALLED ATTRACTION
Only difference is these women had on police officers
Oh Christ, another rule only one person has ever heard of.
