If I make plans with someone at 9-10 and they show up at 1 am, that isn't Late. That's a No-Show.
If that happens once, I might excuse them if they have a good reason (Car accident, grandma needed a ride to the hospital, etc). In this age of cell phones, who doesn't send a text if they get hung up? If it happens twice, I don't make plans with them again. Clearly they don't value my company or my time. Who needs friends like that?

Also, I don't get this, if I say that she should not hang out with her guy friends, then some people will call me "controlling" and such, and that I don't trust her.
But, if I do let her hang out with her guyfriends, along with trusting her and along with her sister tagging along then you say I should be worried? And it's a date?

You misunderstood what I said.
I said that when my girlfriend, along with her sister and/or their little cousins, when are prepared to go hang out with friends(including some or few guys that are friends), their friends that are suppose to pick them up early like around 9pm comes late at around 1 and by then, my girlfriend, her sister and cousins or asleep.
Same goes with her(my girlfriend) ex boyfriend (who she use to be with but was back in middle school and not for long, she is now 20 years old by the way) that she hangs with once a while with her sister.
