There was a time where men once went through a ritual or right of passage to become a man... sometimes i think political correctness has nuetered many boys on their way to becoming men. thoughts?
My thought is that the power of so-called "political correctness" has been way overblown. Old-fashioned ideas about manhood and womanhood are still alive and well. Check out the stuff that routinely gets said on this board each and every day if you doubt it.
totally agree. prior to political correctness men were men, and rode horses to work and won WWII and loved freedom and now we're all pansies and thanks to the tenets of PC only find self worth holed up in some chick's vagina
I don't think you can have freedom without political correctness.
well if we're all going to take my post seriously and you're the one with my self worth holed up in your vagina, we're going to have to have a long talk

If your self worth is where you say it is, you won't find it by talking.
Same as a good man: One who is honest, has integrity, has inner strength, is loyal and faithful, is kind, yada, yada, yada. I don't do gender-specificity when I speak of goodness. A good person is a good person, period, so if you want one, you need to be one.
If a man wants a good woman, he needs to be the kind of man a good woman wants.
In other words have your sh*t together, have good income, your own place, be hot, and have little debt.
