Many do online dating now adays. Although I don't believe it's for everyone.
But for those of you whom ventured into it, did you have a good experience at all?

I've only signed up, never gotten any actual dates. 95% of women aren't attractive to me and the ones who are apparently have better choices than me, lol. So, basically, it's a waste of time from my point of view.

This.

And, don't use "blows" in the good sense.

I actually had one really nice date from an online encounter. Great conversation. We just weren't a match due to being in different stages of our own lives. No harm, no foul.

No experiences, since no one has had any interest in me.

So from my perspective, it's pretty god awful.

Thanks for that! Don't worry, I don't judge myself based on it.

I got a few awkward ('first meeting") experiences out of online dating, but (important point) nothing terrible happened to me as result.
I met a handful of guys with whom I did not click/fit, so that was progress in the sense of eliminating some from consideration.
Would use online sites for finding dates again, but I'd also keep my eye out for likely prospects on other internet forums-were I single, that is.

I do too. And in real life every day.

I met my current girlfriend on Match. Now, I wouldn't say we're a "perfect match" but we're doing ok. I neither give credit to or place blame on the actual website for my good times and not so good times on Match. It's just an introductory service, that's all.

I never really paid attention to the matches that they would suggest. I just searched through profiles that looked appealing, and messaged girls that I liked.
