I am amazed at the level of modesty in an area that is so natural, yet you talk about sex like it's nothing.
We change baby diapers and think nothing of it , and nurses have to deal with people that have issues as well .
Why the offence to dealing with bowel movement ?
It is as much a part of life as eating.
May be not so pleasant but the person doing it has to deal with it and so the observer has their own to deal with .
It is my opinion that Husbandry means seeing to the needs of another completely. Like a through examination no spouse should be with held from access at any time just as you would a doctor .
My wife could see things I could not, as well as I could se things she could not, and we could deal with issues and injuries as a matter of factly , not an ooo ick .
Couples need to be as transparent as possible in my opinion.

No, there should be boundaries....if my wife ever broke wind in front of me I would divorce her...it's a matter of respect...

My answer is the same this week as it was last week when someone posted the same question in a thread:

I have seen, heard, smelled and cleaned up much worse from humans I am not married to so who cares.
