You are just taking one small thing and running in all sorts of crazy directions. Some women do watch porn - however I would say that many, many more men watch porn than women. One reason right off the bat is that porn is geared toward men. Honestly, most of the positions they have the women in are just plain painful to me. Men, on the whole, are more visually stimulated. That doesn't mean that women don't find men visually stimulating, but personally, it's about more than just appearances to me. Yes, I find Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, and the entire male cast of True Blood delectable - but it's partly based on the characters that they are portraying. I also have a thing for Colin Firth and Owen Wilson - and I don't think either one of them is known for sporting a 6 pack.
And wanting and enjoying sex has nothing to do with how important looks are. An orgasm is a physical sensation. It feels really, really good. I'm not sure how you go from finding out that women might actually like having orgasms a lot to thinking that we only go for macho jerks...
And when we are attracted to someone - whatever they happen to look like - I can assure you that we aren't getting off picturing ourselves hanging off their arm. And attraction can be based on many things - not just physical appearances.
Women have porn... it's called the "Romance" Novel. But there are also websites dedicated to visual porn for women. Just google it and they pop up.
Well, personally, I'm attracted to masculine guys. But I have friends that are attracted to and married more feminine guys. To each their own. Most men are also attracted to feminine women. So I'm not really sure what your point is...
But I've dated guys of all heights, weights, ethnicities, etc. And like I said before - men being more visually stimulated and putting more importance on looks doesn't make them shallow or the worse gender. If men ONLY care about looks - that is shallow. But that's not what I'm saying.

Yeah, most porn is visual because men are visual. If they weren't they wouldn't like watching the stuff so much.
You know what is interesting, in fashion magazines (geared towards women) the models are what most men would find unappealing... skinny, flat chested, boyish... basically human hangers. But the women in porn are too curvaceous and big busted for fashion. Little tangent there, but it's interesting.

I like guys who make me laugh, are intelligent, are talented, are good at what they do and enjoy what they do. I like someone that I feel comfortable with - who "gets" me. And, no, these weren't my "list of requirements." I never had a list. But looking back at the guys I dated - this is what the majority of them were like. And they came in all shapes and sizes. And for the record - I was incredibly attracted to all the guys I dated even if I wasn't attracted to them when I first met them. But attraction doesn't go hand in hand with being hot. There were plenty of hot guys that I had absolutely zero interest in.
