I really cannot believe you, of all people, have the nerve to post this.
Here's a quick recap since you obviously are clueless. Many.. MANY .. single mothers are there due to divorce. Sometimes the divorce is completely their fault, sometimes only partially their fault, and for some of us, we were stranded and abandoned by our POS ex husbands.

I know, I think with my reproductive organs and not my brains because three years into my marriage my Ex and decided to have a child and then five years later he left me because he discovered he was gay? But really, to be to tried and judged as stupid because my Ex discovered himself and changed into an almost completely different person and left me? Sure... yeah, that's all *my* fault I am sure.
And again, I am sick to death of this food stamps crap. If I can go by national average, then I probably make more money and have more money saved than most of the people slamming single moms being welfare queens on food stamps. Step away from your computers and go out into the real world.
Listen, I don't care if men don't want to date me because I have a child. That's there choice and I respect it. Although I am not sure why some of them feel the need to chime in and say you won't because that's not what the subject of this thread is. Threads go off topic, I get that, but maybe they can lay off the insults--why are so many of you so hateful towards single moms? There is no one forcing you to date one. And like I said, I don't care if you want to date them or not because there certainly is no shortage of men who will date me... I don't miss out. And I think I found a really good one too that I am now dating regularly.
